105-year-old man from New Zealand became the oldest driver license holder in the country. He was driving for 88 years and have not wanted to stop holding the wheel.
"In fact, I do not feel old. Do not really feel old, "he said, claiming he had only been involved in one accident for nearly nine decades.
Three years ago, Edwards suffered a hip fracture left until the doctor asked her to stop driving. Of course, he refused.
"After all, I was driving the car (transmission) automatic and requires only the right foot," he said, now driving a Mitsubishi.
In New Zealand, driver's license holders aged 80 years and over should see their vision and health for two years.
United States (U.S.) and some European countries also have similar provisions. If you do not meet the requirements, a driver's license will be revoked.
