Actress Reese Witherspoon was arrested for behavior are not orderly when her husband stopped the car driven to police over alleged drunken driving.

The Trial
Police
reportedly stopped the Witherspoon and her husband-as well as his
personal agent-James Toth after their car is visible winding its way
over the line.
Citing
police reports, media entertainment Variety reported police officers

alcohol which is very strong.
When
police checked her husband, Witherspoon refused comply with requests
that he remain in the officer in the car, he reportedly shouted as ''
