The concept of Islamic Sharia business design

To obtain a perfect super business then to look for two terms in the perancangannya. If this requirement is not observed then it is planning its business failure. Two rules to be followed in designing the business super perfect is;

1. The rules Do The Right Thing.

This event is an action that largely determine a peak business success in perspective. Selection of the type of business activity that properly first (do the right thing first), or in the language of religion choose halal business activity (diridhoi Allah) first is the core values (core values) and the purpose of the core (core purpose) of a super business perfect.

Because however enormous a business would be useless, because it will eventually bring regrets that there is no tara in the afterlife.

As Word of Rasulullah SAW:

لاَ يُعْجِبْكَ اِمْرُؤٌ كَسَبَ مَالاً مِنْ حَرَامٍ، فَإِنْ أَنْفَقَ مِنْهُ أَوْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ لَمْ يُقْبَلْ مِنْهُ، وَإِنْ أَمْسَكَ لَمْ يُبَارَكْ لَهُ فِيهِ، وَإِنْ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَهُ كَانَ زَادَهُ إِلَى النَّارِ

"Do not be amazed, someone who makes getting the treasure out of the way, if he or she gave out charity infakkan then it is not acceptable, if he were to preserve (save) then it is not endowed and if he died and he was left off the treasure it will be so prepare him to hell."

Business travelers who do not pay attention to the rules do the right thing first in this business will inevitably fall to the acquisition of property that is unlawful. As said by imam Malik:

مَنْ لاَ يَتَعَلَّمُ اَحْكَامَ الْبَيْعِ فَقَدْ اَكَلَ الرِّبَا شَاءَ اَمْ اَبَى

Who does not learn laws and selling shall he take usury, like or loath "

Every muslim who runs a business is obliged to understand Shariah (what is halal and haram) in every transaction of its business. Therefore the rule do the right thing first has to be the main guideline for every muslim entrepreneurs (muslimpreneur).

The rules do the right thing (effective), muslimpreneur will be invited to understand what should be ' spirit ' and standard for the business. There are two things that must be done to build effective rules, namely:

1. Understand the principles of syariah business; Business Core Ideology; Core Purpose & Guiding Belief.
2. Understand Syariah Business quality standards; Business Core Values.

Each will be described in detail in subsequent chapters in the first book.

2. The rules Do The Thing Right.

This is an understanding of the rules for conducting business activity in the right way (do the thing right) or set of techniques (ways/methods/etc) so that the business had the lawful right/the most optimal results with careful planning and careful calculation. What is discussed on this point is related to its business. sunatullah This is where the role of technopreneurship method becomes very important.

These activities have to be understood was how to devise a design (design) comprehensive business before the effort will actually run. Simply put, that is done on this section is the ' drawing ' business on paper.
