overheating in laptops
Overcoming Overheat - Overheat on a laptop or PC is a classic problem often encountered users and I am no exception. Overheating that occurs on your laptop or PC will have a negative impact on the performance of the computer is getting slow computer performance while in use. Although there is also a way to overcome a slow computer, but this time I will share special tips to cope with overheating.
As I mentioned above, that the overheating is happening on your laptop or PC will interfere with the performance of your PC or laptop. Irritated? Upset? Of course it does. I then found my laptop so if slow performance is due to overheating. Well it turns out calibaration calibaration trivia can also be the cause of overheating in laptops such as dirt or dust on the cooling pad, dust attached to the CPU even at room temperature turned out to be one cause of the overheating. So to overcome the overheating, needed some small tips. Please refer to how to cope with overheating which I share below:
1. Use of Cooling Pad
This is the first step in preventing overheating and address the use of Cooling Pad. Cooling Pad is a tool that serves to channel the air from the outside into the laptop. The price is also very affordable so use a cooling pad to prevent overheating in addition can also cool down the temperature inside the laptop itself.
2. Clean the heatsink fan notebook from dirt
What is a heatsink fan? Heatsink fan is a fan of the default laptop / notebook that allows you to get rid of the air from the inside to the outside when the laptop is in use. If the age of the laptop has been used long enough, the dirt will stick to the heatsink fan so will result in delays in the air from the inside to the outside of the laptop. This will result in overheating in the laptop itself. Clean the heatsink fan as the second step in overcoming overheating in laptops.
3. Replace Thermal Paste CPU
Thermal Paste / Compound? Might look familiar to our ears. Thermal Paste / Compound is a paste that is placed on top of the processor or heatsink fan. Thermal paste is used to maintain the temperature and reduce heat processor. Replace thermal paste between at least 1 year. Replacement Thermal Paste will help you to overcome the slight overheating that occurs on your laptop.
4. The room temperature
Seem silly and trivial? Yes there are many people who do not suspect if the room temperature is also one of the causes of the occurrence of overheating. Actually both laptop or PC is used in the air-conditioned room. But if your room is not air-conditioned, there are at least adequate ventilation. So that the room temperature is not too hot.
5. Undervolting
The cheap way without spending a penny, and the results could beat all the points above in addressing the overheating occurs. But what is undervolting it?
Undervolting is a process for reducing the excessive voltage to the CPU by using the software. You can search for software by questions in Google.
Then is how to cope with overheating using this software can affect the performance of our laptop? The answer is no. Maybe you think that the same Undervolting Overclock or underclock that does affect performance? Different undervolting and underclock and overclock very well affect our laptop performance.
Why do I suggest you do Undervolting? You need to know if the voltage is very high manufacturing standards that will automatically add high CPU temperature. And of course if this is allowed to continue, while on the other hand you are a laptop user is active (often using a laptop in a long time) will result in the overheating in laptops due to the high temperatures earlier. Now the task is to overcome the overheating of Undervolting happened to tune stable voltage to the low voltage.
6. Use tools to monitor the voltage and temperature of the laptop
How to overcome the last overheat is by using tools that are useful to monitor the voltage and temperature of the laptop. With this tool you will easily understand and control the temperature inside your laptop.
